quick raspberry ice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, 1 tbs. raspberry or cassis liquer, mint sprigs

Directions

  1. place the frozen raspberries in a blender or food processer. process untill thick and slightly chunky, scrapping sides as necessary. serve immediately while still frosty. garnish with mint, sprigs if desired.

If I had to vote, the rasberry would be way high up on my list of favorites for just the taste alone. They are so good to flavor anything and I am sure this will be yummy also.
