Parmesan and Tomato Flatbread

Ingredients
2 tbsp Tomatoes, sun dried , minced
1 1/2 tbsp low calorie ceasar dressing
1 Rolls Dough, dinner, white, frozen , 11.3-ounce can
2 tbsp Cheese, Italian blend, with garlic, shredded , grated
1 cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix together the minced tomatoes and Caesar dressing in a bowl, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Separate the dough into 8 rolls, then form each into 4-inch rounds.
Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray and set the rounds on top.
Coat the dough with the tomato mixture and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
Bake for about 15 minutes.

Add your commentI changed this up a little and used whole wheat roll dough; Ken's Steakhouse Sweet Vadalia Onion Vinegrette; and fresh roma tomatoes! Great idea!
