Ingredients
4 pounds lean ground turkey
4 egg whites
1 cup McAnn's Steel Oatmeal
1 head of spinach (finely chopped)
1 head of cauliflower (finely chopped)
1 head of broccoli (finely chopped)
Directions
Prepare one cup of McAnn's Steel Oatmeal (you can also use one or two small cans of tomato paste), let cool.
In a food processor, separately grind up 1 head of fresh spinach, 1 head of cauliflower and 1 head of broccoli (you can also use peppers, carrots or other vegetables to suit your taste).
Mix 4 pounds of lean ground turkey, the oatmeal, the ground vegetables, and 4 egg whites in a bowl.
Cook uncovered at 350 for approximately 90 minutes.
Many variations can be used. I've used a half cup of apple sauce, a splash of sherry, ground carrots, ground mushrooms and other things. The essentials are the turkey, the egg whites and the vegetables. Everything else is up to you.

Sounds very tasty.
thanks
I always make meatloaf with turkey, but I never used the veggies before. I will definitely give this a try. I like the idea of all in one.
Thanks
