To make the sauce: in an 8-inch shallow round microwavable dish and stir juice concentrate, marmalade, mustard, and salt until the juice concentrate is thawed.
Add chicken to the sauce and coat both sides, then arrange the chicken on the edge of a dish being careful not to overlap, and cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave the chicken for 3 minutes on HIGH (100% power), then turn the chicken over and microwaves it for 4 minutes or until the center of the chicken is no longer pink on MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power).
Take the chicken and place it on a serving plate the microwave the remaining sauce at HIGH (100% power) for 2 to 3 minutes of until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add your commentI think I would probably broil the chicken, basting it often with the sauce so that it caramelizes on the meat. Then thicken the remaining sauce with a teaspoon of cornstarch.
The Recipe Look Very Good!
But Im Wondering if I Can Put It In The Oven Instead Of The Microwave?
I hope You Can Reply Back to me:P
