Banana and Date Dessert

Ingredients

2 ea ripe banana, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup dates, chopped 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Arrange a layer of bananas in a small serving bowl. Cover with dates and top with another layer of bananas. Spread yogurt over fruit, cover the dish, and refrigerate for several hours to allow the yogurt to absorb the flavor of the dates. Serves 5.
