Baked Peaches

Ingredients
4 ea canned sliced peach halves (packed in own juice or water) 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 ea graham crackers squares 2 Tbsp reduced- fat whipped topping
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain peach halves and place in 8x8-inch nonstick baking dish (or use glass dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray).Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice, and nutmeg. Bake 15-20 minutes.Place each graham cracker square on a dessert plate. Top with 2 peach halves and 1 Tbsp. of whipped topping. Serve warm. Serves 2.

I tried this recipe and it was great.It was also easy to prepare.I will use this was good for the entire family.
