Double Chocolate Box Cookies

Ingredients

18 1/4 oz devils food cake mix, with pudding

3 tbsp canola oil

1 eggs

2 egg whites

3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2 In a mixing bowl beat together the cake mix, oil, eggs, and egg whites until it is creamy. Stir in the chocolate chips.

3 Drop by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on waxed paper or on a wire rack.

i can already taste 'em! the family will be moved away at the end of the week. that is when a big change in eating is going to happen for me. i needed these great recipes!
