Chocolate and Banana Cream Layered Dessert

Ingredients

  • 45 Cookies, vanilla wafers, Nilla

  • 4 Pudding, banana cream, fat & sugar free, instant, serving

  • 7 1/2 cup fat free milk , divided

  • 3 cup Cream, whipping, light, whipped , divided (like Cool Whip Free)

  • 2 Pudding, chocolate, instant, serving

Directions

  1. To prepare, use a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, arrange 35 chocolate wafers and set aside.

  2. Whisk together 2 boxes of banana cream pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups skim milk. Once smooth and creamy, stir in 1 cup Cool Whip Free. Spread over wafers. Set aside.

  3. Mix dry chocolate pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups skim milk until smooth and creamy. Stir 1 cup Cool Whip Free into pudding. Spread over banana cream pudding.

  4. Mix remaining 2 boxes of banana cream pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk until smooth and creamy. Sitr in 1 cup Cool Whip Free. Spread over chocolate pudding.

  5. Crush remaining 10 wafers and sprinkle on top. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
