Asian Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
8 ounces whole medium mushrooms, stemmed and wiped clean w. damp paper towel
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons extra virgin oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Cooking Instructions
l. Place the mushrooms, soy sauce, lime juice, and oil in a large plastic zippered bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat completely. Let stand 30 minutes . Meanwhile; preheat broiler.
2. Place mushroom mixture (with marinade) in an 8 inch pie pan or baking pan and broil 4 inches away from heat source for 8 minutes or until the mushrooms begin to brown, stirring frequently.
3. Serve with wooden toothpicks and marinade.

This just sounds awesome to me. Mushrooms are one of my favorites and this would be good to fix anytime because it sounds like it doesn't take much time. This would also look good on a holiday table.
This is a must for me. I love mushrooms and loke the calories and carb count.Thanks…Debe
