Ingredients
1 square unsweetened chocolate1/4 cup evaporated milk1/2 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. artificial liquid sweetener1 pkg. vanilla or chocolate artificially sweetened pudding powder or 8 tsp. finely chopped nuts
Directions
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add evaporated milk and mix. Cook 2-3 minutes, then add vanilla and sweetener. Spread on small foil pie pan or plate. Chill. Cut into 8 pieces. Form into egg-shaped balls and then roll lightly

Hi John,
I LOVE chocolate but have been TERRIFIED of it since I found out that I am diabetic. So I am assuming that a bit of chocolate is ok every now and again. Do you have any advice for how much is ok???
