SUPER SPECIAL SHRIMP SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt

  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon minced onion, dried

  • 1/8 teaspoon marjoram, dried

  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed

  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard powder

  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, snipped

  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sweet & Slender or 1/8 teaspoon SteviaPlus

  • Salad ingredients:

  • 2 stalks celery, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 small avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 1/2 cups shrimp, cooked

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

  • Lemon wedges, fresh (optional)

  • Parsley or mint sprigs, fresh (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

  2. Place all of the salad ingredients into a serving bowl and add the dressing. Mix well. Garnish with fresh

Sorry Skip,,,I see that in the serving size you said "4." That must mean how many servings.

This is a great shrimp recipe. It is a little different which makes one want to make it. If you read this SkipT, please comment and tell how many servings it makes so I can figure out the nutritional chart. If it is in there, I missed it. I like the Stevia product. Glad that is in it.
