2 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 cup diced Gala apple
1/2 cup diced celery 2 tbsp.chopped scallions
1/4 cup dark raisins1
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp.low fat dour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1. Combine the chicken,apple,celery.scallions and raisins in a salad bowl.
2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken apple sald.
Mix well.Serve over lettuce if desired.
