Asian Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 Cup reduce-sodium Soy sauce,2 table spoons fresh lemon juice,1/2 tablespoon honey,1teaspoon sesame oil,1/2teaspoon dry mustard,1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/4teaspoon powdered ginger,1/2teaspoon mince garlic,1/8teaspoon red pepper flakes,11/2 pound bonless skinless chicken breast.
Directions
Place sou sauce,lemon juice, honey, oil,mustard,ginger,garlic and red pepperflakes in resealable plastic food storage bag. Add chicken. Seal bag. Turn to coat evenly. Place bag in pan. Chill in refrigertor 1 hr, or overnight.Preheat oven to 350 f. Line roasting pan with foil.Remove chicken from bag and place in pan.(discard unused marinade).Bake chicken Breast 30 minutes or until no longer pinkein center.
