Slow Cooked Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef (10% fat)

  • 14 1/2 floz canned unsalted diced tomatoes , drained

  • 1 cup fresh chopped onion

  • 1 medium garlic cloves , minced

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves , dried

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes

  • 2 cup Pasta, macaroni, whole wheat, cooked

Directions

  2. Crumble ground beef into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Stir in cooked macaroni. Cover and cook on low 1 additional hour.
