Sugar substitute. They have products for baking (brown sugar, splenda for baking, coffee/tea flavorings). All have no carbs. I use these products all the time.

Like using it in some baked goods.
I use it for everything my coffee and baking.
Splenda has a metallic taste to me. I prefer Truvia.
started using it four yrs ago.
My preference for non-sugar sweeteners. I prefer it over stevia products only because it actually has slightly less carbs than the Truvia I had in my cabinet.
I realy like Splenda. You can do almost anything with it. I buy it in big bags at the store.
Just started using Splenda in baking, when I bake that is, but really enjoy it in Strawberry Smoothies with a tsp of vanilla. Great.
I heard that splenda has some cancer causing things in it. I have switched to Stevia.

Proshelps blood sugar.
Consexpensive.
I didn’t think I would use a sugar substitute but after trying it in my TVP cakes, I decided it was great for baking. Last Thanksgiving and Christmas I used it in my pumpkin pies and they came out great. I used soy flour for the crust and I was amazed how well it turned out. I plan on having pumpkin pie more often. Best thing it doesn’t spike my sugar. I usually use a little less than what the recipe calls for and it has worked out great.
ProsTaste good and doesn't spike my blood sugar.
ConsPrice is the only thing I can think of

I have tried using Splenda once for baking cookies, but the result causes the cookies to be crummy and leave out an awkward aftertaste.
ProsBetter only on helping to control the blood glucose levels.
ConsThe aftertaste is horrible.
Don't know what we"d do without it.
ProsCan be used in so many different ways
Consa bit pricey
Unlike a lot of the sugar substitutes that have preceded it, Splenda has no bitter after taste. Also, it's something that you can use in your baking, always a plus.
ProsNo after taste, not bitter.
ConsPrice!
