I tried this for several weeks.

Pros

It was easy to use and had several choices for flavors.

Cons

Using Slim Fast made me sick (vomiting) so I stopped taking it. Also a little pricey.

I know it is the most popular name but with D2 I have learned to look at carbs, which Slimfast is one of the products with high carbs.

too many carbs plus I had a reaction of my legs going to sleep when I drank it.

Too many carbs. There are better meal replacements on the market. Mine only has 11 carbs and there is no after taste! I never lost a lb!
