Wal-Mart sells a low card 8th continent. It has only 2 net carbs per serving. The 8th continent has several options or you have to read the label to get the low carb one. I find its ok. Lately I have been making my own. When I first made soymilk I could not get ride of the beanie flavor. Then I came across a website that said to blanch the beans first. No more beanie flavor. I used to add splenda and vanilla but now I don’t have to add anything and it comes out great tasting. I use it, to make a low carb shake I drink for breakfast. I add a low carb protein mix to one cup of soymilk. It’s a lot cheaper than Atkins and the other low carb protein drinks. The soymilk recipe you will find here.

Pros

The low carb ones don't spike my blood sugar.

Cons

Kind of a pain blanching and mixing with real hot water. I find it worth the extra work

I have tried the soy milks. but I prefer the lactose free milks…they seem to work the same way as the soy milks. Since I have become lactose intolerant I have totally switched. The soy milk to me is not near milk taste and the lactose free taste real!

Pros

does not make me sick from lactose intolerance. Does at least give you a substitute for milk.

Cons

taste different than milk. costs lots more, if you have soy bean allergy's…watch out

This is the only mild/dairy I can digest

Pros

I found this at the dollar tree for a buck a quart. No need to refrigerate until ready to use. Stocked up with sveral cases, expires in 2-3 years, no problem

Cons

Not always available, flys off the shelf at that price.
