This is a fun way to loss weight in your on home if you don't like going to the gym or can't aford to go to the gym and it had's a dvd in the back of the book it had a journal and you walk at your own pace and she has diffrent leveals of books and dvd's. Do for yourself and enjoy!

walking regular gives me energy. When energized I become more active. When more active, I feel beeter, and accomplish daily goals.

In September, my dad told me to quit walking and clean up my apartment, but when I quit walking, I got tired and nothing got done, but management and Section 8 complained. In January, my friend help provide Vitamins so I started to feel stronger and after having a difficult financial from August until January, I was better able to afford so I sleep better, feel better so I am back to cleaning up and my apartment is looks better. I was told since I had injuries on my leg not to wear ankle brace although I plan to get back to walking soon since my tummy was smaller and I was losing weight and my blood sugar Vitamins worked better with walking.
Pros
When I was walking, I felt better all of the time and I was losing weight.
Cons
The health people make walking seem worthless since it seems you have to walk 20 miles to lose weight so I don't focus on the amount I walk, and I focus on how it helps in other ways so this is my good news although this is called a Con. If you can do all which is asked of you, make all happy and you can do it, that's a wonderful thing and I hope to get back to walking soon. My walk is very short although I slowly increase the amounts of them and now that I have a bike, I can ride to the stores which are close to me so I can ride my bike to my doctors office near me. I went without a bike from February 2005 until October, 2009 so that didn't help me.

It is really hard to do, but once you make it a habit it becomes much easier. It is so easy to make excuses not to walk, not to eat healthy, but you just have to say NO! I make up crazy excuses to get out of bed and go walk in the morning. And once I am out there walking, I am so happy. Now I cannot imagine not walking everyday and not eating healthy. I feel so much better now, everything is easier. My life is so much better now.
