This is a fun way to loss weight in your on home if you don't like going to the gym or can't aford to go to the gym and it had's a dvd in the back of the book it had a journal and you walk at your own pace and she has diffrent leveals of books and dvd's. Do for yourself and enjoy!

The good thing about this is that you can use it inside the (HOUSE )
I had bought Walk Away the Pounds from Borders Book store This book is more then just walking. Its about you writeing about yourself writing down a journal learning about yourself. Its not just not one book it is a series of books with other exercise equitment that you can use. And stories of other women just like you and I who did it! So if they can we can we just have to work a little harder at it because of our acke and pains and our meds that put the weight on but it is up to up to put our foot down and say now we have to control our weight and nothing eless will or can (STOP US) we only have one life to live and we have to live it NOW!
walking regular gives me energy. When energized I become more active. When more active, I feel beeter, and accomplish daily goals.
In September, my dad told me to quit walking and clean up my apartment, but when I quit walking, I got tired and nothing got done, but management and Section 8 complained. In January, my friend help provide Vitamins so I started to feel stronger and after having a difficult financial from August until January, I was better able to afford so I sleep better, feel better so I am back to cleaning up and my apartment is looks better. I was told since I had injuries on my leg not to wear ankle brace although I plan to get back to walking soon since my tummy was smaller and I was losing weight and my blood sugar Vitamins worked better with walking.
ProsWhen I was walking, I felt better all of the time and I was losing weight.
ConsThe health people make walking seem worthless since it seems you have to walk 20 miles to lose weight so I don't focus on the amount I walk, and I focus on how it helps in other ways so this is my good news although this is called a Con. If you can do all which is asked of you, make all happy and you can do it, that's a wonderful thing and I hope to get back to walking soon. My walk is very short although I slowly increase the amounts of them and now that I have a bike, I can ride to the stores which are close to me so I can ride my bike to my doctors office near me. I went without a bike from February 2005 until October, 2009 so that didn't help me.
the 2 mile is great. not that hard and gives you a great workout.

It is really hard to do, but once you make it a habit it becomes much easier. It is so easy to make excuses not to walk, not to eat healthy, but you just have to say NO! I make up crazy excuses to get out of bed and go walk in the morning. And once I am out there walking, I am so happy. Now I cannot imagine not walking everyday and not eating healthy. I feel so much better now, everything is easier. My life is so much better now.

I was walking and my dad said to focus on my apartment and so no walking for more than a month, I miss my walking.
ProsIt don't take much expense, my friend let me use a weight on my ankle and I need one for my arms and help in another way.
ConsCancer causing sunshine, avoiding walking when its too hot in summer and during electrical storms, but this often goes away when the summer is over or more organized.
