Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar w/The Mother

This stuff really does work. When I started using it my A1C was 12.6 and it seemed that I could do nothing to get it lower. After using the vinegar in my food and snacks or sometimes just gulping down 2 tbsp of it, my last labs showed that not only had my cholesterol and glucose levels gone down, but my A1C was 9.1 and had not been that low in years. I mainly use it in my salads along with my dressing, my greens like steamed cabbage and even spritz it on my popcorn which makes it taste a little like the vinegar chips but not overwhelming. I even spray it all over my meat to add punch to the flavor of my seasoning and I can't tell you enough how good it makes all my meat taste.
