Almond Breeze

Unsweetened Regular or Vanilla Almond Breeze - Almond Breeze is an all-natural, non-dairy beverage made from real almonds. It's sugar-free and contains no artificial sweeteners. It's gluten, cholesterol & lactose free, an excellent source of calcium and vitamins D & E, and a good source of vitamin A. All that and it STILL clocks in at just 40 calories a cup. YES!!! We use it in smoothies, sauces, dressings, desserts — you name it. And because it's so low in calories yet contains some fat, it's a fabulous way to add creaminess and flavor to foods without adding a whole lot of calories.

I love Almond Breeze! The milk tastes good, can be used interchangeably with cow's milk in cooking and baking, and it doesn't spike by BG.

I love this product. It's readily available in grocery stores and the refrigerated 64 oz size is economical

Pros

Smoother taste vs soymilk
Less carbs vs unsweetened soymilk
An alternative to soymilk (for those wanting to avoid consuming too much soy)

Cons

Less protein vs soymilk
Haven't seen the unsweetened original flavor in the refrigerated 64 oz size

Pros

I found this alternative milk product at our local market/health food store…and LOVE it! 2% and skim milk was effecting my bs and this even tastes like milk. Also good in coffee and stores until open in your cabinet.

Cons

32 fl/oz run $1.98. They run specials at .99 sometimes, that's when I stock up.
