Category: Other Mrs. Dash is a great seasoning. NO salt and NO MSG. With the discussions on food, diet, and better health everyone should switch to Mrs. Dash or a food seasoning that does not include salt. I observe many people grabbing for the "salt" even before they taste the food that they are about to eat. I do NOT cook with salt or add it to the food I eat. A suggestion for better health.
