Love them!!
taste.good.
Just the sound of Oreo's sounds like a no no, something I have to stay away from.
ProsOf course they are good, but not good for you!!
like others have said, still has the carbs and calories, will raise your b.g. and make it hard to bring your A1c down
Prosfor who?
Conscarbs and calories
Taste ok, but still have enough carbs to raise blood sugar!
not as good as the real oreos
taste good
Prosnot to expensive
Consaftertaste
they taste ok but not really like an oreo.
I would really rather eat one of the real thing than 3 - 4 of the sugar free. I can do this since I control w/ diet and exercise.
ProsThe company has tried to help as have others but at an expense.
ConsThere are really two expenses. One is the extra cost and the second is taste. Oh yes and a third cost, sugar alcohol found in sugar free products. My doctor said to watch that closely.
yummy in my tummy
The cookies taste good, but I would not attempt to eat too much of it. I think it is the type of sweetener that it is in the cookies. Overall, they are still good on a normal diet.
ProsThe good part is that this company is finding a solution to reduce the sugar amounts in Oreo Cookies. It will greatly help for people with diabetes so it does not increase the blood sugar greatly.
ConsThese cookies mainly have a different sweetener such as Aspartame or Sucrose which is not good if you intake it too much. Therefore it is best to limit the amount.
nice to have choices…
I can't believe how good these taste, I am soooooo happy they finally made a terrific tasting sugar free cookie!
ConsCosts about $1 more than regular oreos.
