I grew up drinking Crystal light and off brand sugar free drinks and I think it is a great product and helps keep diabetes in control especially when we have a craving for something sweet and it is very refreshing and now comes in many refreshing flavors.

Pros

Comes in many refreshing new flavors so you don' get sick of the same flavor over and over.. easy to have on hand and now with the to go packets you can make it anywhere as long as you have water..and none is wasted.

It's hard to get in all the water you need in a day, and this product really helps. Comes in great flavors, and a wide variety. I buy the Wal-mart brand because it is cheaper and just as good!!

Pros

Helps you get the water in. Even the kids like it (no more bouncing off the walls). Much cheaper than diet soda. Very refreshing

Cons

Sometimes hard to choose what flavor I wanna make next!

This is one of my favorites, but will lower BS. I still drink it alot. It's good for me because I don't like water. So this let's me get some with flavor.
