If you like pumpkin pie and nuts, you would like this. It has 4g of fiber, made with real fruit, 120 cal, 3 g fat, no cholesterol or saturated fat, and 22 carb grams and 4g protein. I really like the taste. It has nutmeg, dried pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, and all natural ingredients.

I tried this recently and I actually like it. I love pumpkin seeds, Ilove pumpkin anything… I didn't have any negative affects… it would be easy to over indulge, but I didn't… lol

Had a great taste and didn't spike my sugar levels like other granola type bars.
ProsQuality product made with tasty ingredients. I also like the other snack bars Kashi offers. Doesn't contain HFCS.
ConsNone so far, I have enjoyed snacking on these between meals with minimal spikes.
none of those hygrogenated oils, or anything unhealthy at all. good taste, low carb, fiber, protein, low fat, etc.
