November 4, 2009 6:45 PM I was given the Wii Fit program last Christmas and have used it off and on since then. Pros:It is so easy to get in movement with the Wii Fit. I especially like the Yoga section since it helps with my flexibility. The other activities are so much fun, I can put in an hour and not be worn out. |

October 7, 2009 1:40 PM I have just started to use mine and love it! Pros:You can work out in the privacy of your own home at any hour of the day. It has "instant gratification" by letting you know how long you have been working out. It gives you little blurbs to tell you that you are doing a good job. You can track your progress. |

September 28, 2009 3:32 PM I love my wii fit!! I use it as often as I can. Pros:Fun way to get exercise. Cons:Your weight is shown when you sign in, so unless you want everyone in the room to see your weight, make sure you are alone! LOL! |
