I use them in baking and sometimes in salads. They are always on the list of things good for you to snack on.

love walnuts…but lots of fat in them…don't eat a whole bag though…lol..lol

I like walnuts. But I have to be careful because I'm allergic to it if I eat alot. But eat them in baking goods. Plus it have vitamins, fiber,folate, magnesium, just to name a few.

Pros

Good for you. Good source of vitamins,& omega-3's good in moderation. So enjoy.

I have been putting them in my TVP cakes. They taste great. Lately I have been making walnut milk. I like it better than almond milk. I used to make soymilk but making walnut or almond milk is a lot faster and easier.

I use walnuts for salads, snacks, add them to yogurt, and mix them with small amount of
dried fruit to carry with me in case of lows.

I always keep Walnuts on hand to substitute.

I eat lots of nuts for protein since I am not much of a meat eater; walnuts are a good change from almonds and peanuts. I love nuts in ice cream; the sweet and salty is so satisfying!

Love walnuts! They are good to snack on, good for baking, good in salads, oatmeal, and just about any food. Try them everywhere. And they are not normally a salted nut… advantage walnuts! Just do watch the amount. They have omega threes and the healthy fats, but ehy do have calories also…

Pros

They are very versatile and have a great taste. Less expensive than some of the other healthy nuts.

Cons

Still have to watch the amount due to the calories.

Very healthy, and make for a great snack all day long, and very easy to store and carry.
