I love almonds and almost any nuts but Cashews. I put them in my salad, ice cream, or just eat them as a snack on the run.

I love almonds as much as walnuts and theya re good for the same reasons. They can be used in all the same way, snacks, baking, oatmeal, with vegetables such as green beans and broccoli. I love them in broccoli salad and tossed salads. I also love them in all cereals.

I eat 4-5 natural almonds a day, chewing well. They are the only nut that creates alkalinity in the body. Some believe the beginning of everything wrong with the body starts with acid conditions.
