I have taken this medication and it worked really well for me

My doctor gave me Vytorin until I developed muscle and skeletal pain. She then switched me to Lipitor last January. I recently informed her that I have now developed the same side effects. I have my annual physical in four weeks. I am anxious to see what she shifts to.

Worked fine for six months. Then painful side effects started. I got the same story with Vytorin.

Have taken for several years.

Had to get off of it, caused severe muscle pains and confusion and trouble with balance while walking.

None did not even significantly lower my cholesterol

switched to crestor 5 mg .

Was on this one for about a year. Did unspeakable things to my stomach on a daily basis and left me feeling queesy all the time.

not on it any longer, simvastatin seems to work better for me

queesiness, upset stomach, general ill feeling

This medication was working wonderfully for me. The I began to experience terrific back pains and was told that was one of the side effects. Once I was taken off this medication, back pains went away.

I was on it for about 6 months. It lowered my cholesterol slightly. It caused irreversible Liver damage. My doctor switched me to VYTORIN. I now have perfect readings.
