I prefer the stevia over the equal or sweet n low. I did research and found that sweet n low and equal substitutes have many side affects. after doing research on line of the side affect I realised most of my problems were from the sugar substitute.

Pros:

all natural, does smae type of sweetneing affect to food, no after taste, healtier than sweet n low or equal. does not cause cancer, been around long time, but sugar substitutes fought it being allowed to be called a sweetener. so much healthier, does not cause cancer

Cons:

at first takes some getting use too, tastes little different, cost little higher than other replacement sugars,

I have to try it, hope the taste is good! A friend of mine uses truvia and wants me to switch too.

Pros:

Cost a little more than most but worth it.

Tastes great, doesn't have the bite that sucralose and aspartame do in my opinion.

Pros:

Works in coffee, tea, yogurt and more. I've successfully subbed truvia in recipes that call for splenda or equal.

Cons:

Hard to locate and not available in bulk amounts yet (supposed to be available in larger quantities by Autumn)
