November 15, 2009 5:33 PM Works incredibly well. I swear by it. Worked for a chiropractor for almost ten years and the patients loved it. Most requested item we cared in the office. Even the chiroprators used it when they were injuried from the silly things we do to ourselves in life. My oldest nephew is a semipro wrestler and he and the crew he works with keep it with them when they travel. Pros:Works fast to relieve pain and muscle strain. Odor fades fast. Works for a good length of time Cons:Odor can be a bit strong when you first use it. Don't use when you come out of the shower with your pours open. It burns when your pours are wide open. |

November 15, 2009 4:55 PM I tried it in the tube and was not impressed but when they came out with the spay can I thought I'd give it another try. AMAZING! Pros:With the aerosol type spray, I can get it on parts I can't reach with my hand. Cons:A little more than I can afford but if I budget... |

September 17, 2009 1:32 AM It works for average everyday muscle aches and pains. Pros:Feels good at first of application. Lasts for a couple of hours. Cons:Isn't long lasting enough. Pleasant smell for home, but going out in public might be alittle embarassing. |

September 15, 2009 1:26 AM I have used BIOFREEZE for years for my back pain, neck pain, and just about any other pain I have due to muscles and joints. I love it! Pros:I prefer the roll on. It is easy to get to the hard to reach places, it isn't messy doesn't get all over your clothes, very little odor. Cons:n/a |

May 28, 2009 1:16 AM I used to use this. It felt good for a short period of time. Pros:Not TOO expensive Cons:Hurts when you get it in your eyes. Does not last very long. One teen athlete used lots of these kinds of pain relieving creams to help pain and she died. You CAN overdose on this type of stuff. |
