i love this and is very accurate my numbers are so close to what they get on my labs from doctors office.i trust this meter easy way to test. i get my finger pricked and my blood drop on my finger before i turn meter on so i dont waste strips that way.
I love this meter. It is so easy to use. The barrel makes it easy for me to use because I have tremors in my hands and it was hard for me to insert the test strips.
Love this meter. The barrels are compact, and the attached lancet device is convenient when traveling and it comes with a nice case that all the supplies fit in
Pros
Compact and convenient while travelling Don't have to handle test strips individually Lancet device connected to meter. small sample size. less wasted strips

My med ins nurse brought this for me to try, I didn't like it so I went back to my Walgreens True Track meter.
Pros
It seemed to be accurate, agreed with my True Track when I checked them both against one another
Cons
seemed to need larger samples of blood than I was used to.
Drums of strips were EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for what you got.
The lancets for the lancet pen were an odd shape not like standard lancets. To use the meter you would have to use the specially shaped lancet because other lancets would not fit that pen and a regular lancet pen didn't fit in the meter case that came with the meter. I didn't price the special lancets, but suspect they too were expensive.
I had to switch to this meter from a Freestyle Freedom Lite because of insurance. As far as convenience, it's ok. I would rather have stayed with the Freestyle for compactness, convenience and ease of use.
Pros
Large numbers, no fuss test strips, adjustable lancing device.
Cons
Not compact enough, hard removing test strip barrels, requires too much blood.
Do not have to touch testing strips or try to keep track of where they are. They are already in the meter. It has storage in the carrying case to store extra barrels of test strips and lancing needles.
