tricor dose work for me

I took this untill I switched to a generic. It was very effective in reducing my triglycerides. At one point they were at 500 which is really high.

Single dose daily. Don't have to take before meals.

Expensive.

Nothing that I am aware of.

Although I've heard this medication is very good at lowering cholesterol, I have not been able to stay on it long enough to find out. Within days of starting it My muscles began aching. It affected muscles in my back, my thighs, my calves, even my feet. Of course, the doctor took me off of it immediately.

For many people, it very effectively lowers cholesterol and triglycerides.

As a statin, it can harm your muscles.
