Oral medication for sleep. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and it is the best sleep med I have taken so far. And I have taken a lot of them.

Pros It works within 15 minutes. Cons Sometimes have to take 2 if the first one doesn't kick in within half an hour, but not very often.

Especially after having a long busy day. Pros It's good for some bodies that don't have a reaction to it. Cons For me—- It kept me up for 3 days and nights. When It finally wore off I was exhausted and I didn't need anything to help me to go to sleep.
