Was originally put on this as my insulin treatment was not enough…but due to the cardiac indications my diabetic nurse took me off it.
This caused 6 months of misery, high blood sugars and bad depression.
Saw my diabetic consultant who put me back on it, and things are back to normal…and I have my life back

Works for me and could not be without it.
Would rather give up chocolate than be without this meds.

Makes my ankles and legs swell alittle.

TOOK IT FOR A WEEK AND GAIN ALMOST 75 POUND OF WATER AND SWELLED UP I COULDNT HARDLY EVEN WALK THAT WEEK

Doctor took me off this because of my heart problems.

I was on this medication for several years. i had been diagnosised with CHF prior to taking it, but since taking it I have had a lot of problems.

I've had 4 stents, and numerous hospitalizations (at least once -twice a month) for angina since being on this drug. Since I've been taken off, I've been hospitalized three times, once for angina, once for pneumonia and once for pancreatitis.

I took this for over a year, until my new Endo, took me off it, because of some negative reports, on what it can do to the heart. I don't ever remember having any adverse reaction.

No problems

Evidently can cause some other health problems.

I guess if you are not allergic then this would be ok.

Expensive like all diabetic drugs.
