Pros - Very good compared to the longer needles, especially when you don't have a great deal of body fat to inject into. This also opens up the number of injection sites which is also a plus. - Never had a defective one - Packaged well Cons - Maybe too short for some people - Every now and again I have to prime twice to get a decent stream of insulin, the first priming shot dribbles out or is way less than it should be.
