Working in my flower islands one for each season. Plant a early spring and summer garden and then fresh seal them in for the freezer and having fresh vegies during the winter.
Pros
burn up calories, get a tan, gets me out of the house making me feel less depressed and work some of my anxiety out.
Cons
back pain but something I have learned how to live with and not over heating myself.
This year I did indoor gardening with cherry tomatoes, peppers, jalepenos, herbs and more. A little more work, but I have year round fresh veggies and herbs.

I find it very relaxing to do work in the yard or the garden. I use to have a big garden before back surgery slowed me down. I still do what I can. I have flower gardens, veg. gardens, and I love to cut my grass and do trim work to make the house look better. I am always reading up on how to do things in the garden and yard. I had to take over the flowers in the house because my wife says I do such a better job with them. I don't mind one bit cause I do love seeing them bloom. Besides I majored in Biology at Gardner Webb.

I love gardening. I am always out in the yard tending to my flowers and vegetables. It is a stress reliever and great exercise and you get to enjoy fresh air.

I love plants, so I love gardening. It helps me keep busy and enjoy the outdoors at the same time.
I like it, but allergic to too many plants. I still try to keep them on my pouch. I have some in the house but no problems.

I loved to do vegetable gardening back in the day. Raised 3 healthy sons on the produce we raised and canned.

I love tomatos so I always have 50-60 plants in my garden and then share with family/friends. I also plant peppers and zuchini squash.
