a friend of mine referred me to it he told me he has tested it and it is really good and confident to use and am hereby recommend it for any other person that have interest in this.

I've used this for several years. The only way I can lose weight is to track every morsel that goes in my mouth. This allows me to do so and to plan menus for several days ahead. I also use MasterCook to store recipes. It calculates calories, fats, carbs, etc.

Pros

Inexpensive to purchase. Easy to use. Can personalize food and exercise items.

Cons

You have to purchase it. Kraft used to have something similar on their website and it was free. You have to enter your data.

made a journal for mother-in-law. she doesn't use! and when she does, she lies about activity and foods she has eaten.

may work for some who are really trying
