I've used this for several years. The only way I can lose weight is to track every morsel that goes in my mouth. This allows me to do so and to plan menus for several days ahead. I also use MasterCook to store recipes. It calculates calories, fats, carbs, etc.
ProsInexpensive to purchase. Easy to use. Can personalize food and exercise items.
ConsYou have to purchase it. Kraft used to have something similar on their website and it was free. You have to enter your data.
made a journal for mother-in-law. she doesn't use! and when she does, she lies about activity and foods she has eaten.
