These new 30G lancets have a tamper resistant safety seal that twists off.
The tribevel tip is enclosed and always protected prior to use.

Pros it takes little to no time to install one in a lancing device and it is still sterile when you do it. Cons some lancing devices don't fit some of the needles

Cons No way to protect the used point from injuring someone, as the caps do not reattach.
