While I don't know that answer, I have found this product really adds moisture back to my skin without the oils that usually cause me to break out. It even kept my skin soft after all day at work and 30 minutes in a VERY chlorinated Jacuzzi pool. I was amazed! Cons It is kind of expnesive. 12oz for $7 at my local drug store.
