I use one of these with every meter I have used. I find it the best, easiest to use ane least painful.

Pros

Easy to replace lancets, not painful. Easy to find a setting that works well for me to get desired sample.

I like this one. You use it like a ball point pen. click, click. Push the button on top once to cock and again to "shoot". NO pain with this one. something about how it stays straight and comes out really quick and straight too makes it less painful, and it is. I tries it on the back side of my pinky fingers and it is such a small pinch, if you do it on your fingers, you may not even know you hit it deep enough until you see blood. Ties for my #1 spot with the multiclix

Pros

virtually painless, easy to remove used lancet. just push the top button and it falls right out into your sharps container or whatever

Cons

got to change lancets individually unlike the multiclix

I used this device for a whle and it worked well for me.

Pros

A lot of the devices leave the tips if my fingers stinging and sore, but this one didn't.

Cons

The strips and lancets are a bit more expensive. Well maybe not for those of you whose insurance covers them, but as for me, I had to change to something I can afford.
