Walk Down Your Blood Sugar at Home

While going to a diabetic clinic, I was given a CD called " Diabetes Walk: Walk Down Your Blood Sugar at Home." This CD is equal to a mile. And its easy to do. Not just walking, kicks and side steps, among other things. For more info. :

I have this CD and also the 2-mile one (haven't tried that one yet). When I started going to Curves I didn't use vthe one-mile walk, but itb would begood to use on days I can't get to curves.

Pros

I really liked it when I was using it.

Cons

I couldn't really find any cons.

This program works for me. I have never did the 2 mile one but the one mile is so easy.

Pros

It gets you moving
anyone can do it

Cons

If you have not work out in a while or you do more then you should u might be sore afterwords.

I know on one of my many adventures with weight watchers they always have a table sit up trying to get you to buy there latest products,I swear these gals must work on commission. Anyway I purchased a CD on walking in your home.

It certainly worked more than I expected it to!

Cons

Darn near killed me, couldn't move for days.

Only works if you actually use it! Just thought I'd say that. However, if you use it, it really does work. It's not so strenuous that a beginner can't do it.

Pros

Not TOO hard. Actually it works well to be an alternate when the weather is bad. It also adds a lot more motion than just walking.

Cons

When you don't use it, it doesn't work

I have also used this CD with sucess. It is easy to use especially during inclement weather.

Pros

Gets you to move more and not just walk.

Cons

Not any that I can think of.

Pros

Just when you think you can't do it, Leslie informs you that you are halfway there. It's downhill from there, the hard part is over.

Cons

I can't really think of a con right now. It's all good.

I love to walk, I do this everyday. But first I do my stretches. Even if it is raining outside.

Pros

I have lost 55 lbs walking and my balance got better.

Cons

If u think negative u will never be able to do this, you are going to have to push yourself. It is up to u to make the right choice.
