Still, I love it as a basis for my Italian Dressing on my salads!

I also heard that apple cider vinegar can even help with improving your diabetes condition, saying that it can be a cure! Sounds too good to be true but I found this out through a video that I saw on Web MD!

I heard about this idea also. Never did a thing for me, but different things work for different people.

I have used this for a very long time..My Grandmother used to drink it all the time even..I take mine with just plain water but i have acquired a taste for it..It quenches my thirst in the summer better then anything else..You can read more about it at bragg.com. You can get it from Vitacost.com for under 2 bucks a bottle

Pros

It is Imperative that you get the Apple Cider Vinegar that includes 'Mother' if it does not have 'Mother' it has been pasteurized and has lost a lot of nutritional value.

Cons

Some say the taste but i happen to like it a lot..

i could not keep my levels in a constant correct range so after i tried this faithfully i must admit my levels are becoming a bit more in range that is not so worriesome. i would recommend this.

Pros

the taste can be a little hard to take, But if you add 2 taablespoons of the product to an 8 oz glass of cold water, and 2-3 tbls of local honey over crushed ice it instantley becomes a great pick me up.

I use it in making low-cal salad dressings. I had to experiment for a while but now I have a great sesseme/ginger/apple dressing and others to too!

You can also marinate vegies to put in salads.

It lowered my blood sugars by 25 to 50 units.

Pros

Works!

Cons

strong taste.

ACV has numerous health benefits; it is an old-fashioned tonic for alot of conditions and has stood the test of time. Also, will make your hair shine if you rinse with it!
