February 7, 2009 10:18 PM I love cracked black pepper. I use less salt now that I', using cracked pepper instead of reg. pepper. Pros:Great flavor. need to try the garlic kind. Cons:Don't know any yet. |

January 13, 2009 1:52 AM I've always preferrred pepper over salt & I too prefer the coarser grind type. On thing I have learned is that you can roll a roast in it and then bake and it doesn't make the meat HOT instead gives it lots of flavor......I was surprised that it wasn't hot though. |
