I use black pepper all the time. I enjoy the
fresh cracked for salads.

I use it and mrs. Dash instead of salt.

Fresh cracked black pepper is the only way to go. So much more flavor than store bought. If just trying it for the first time, use less than normal due to its freshness!!

I quit adding salt to food years ago so I really rely on pepper and other spices to flavor food. Pepper is my favorite and the whole peppercorns you grind yourself is so much fresher.

I've always preferrred pepper over salt & I too prefer the coarser grind type. On thing I have learned is that you can roll a roast in it and then bake and it doesn't make the meat HOT instead gives it lots of flavor…I was surprised that it wasn't hot though.

use black pepper a lot but prefer fresh ground pepper.
