I have taken an extra step and used them for 4 months. I have seen no difference in anything. I am going to stop taking them. They may do more for others but at this time I can not afford the extra expense.

Pros

All vitamins in one pouch.

Cons

Extra cost that is not needed.

I used these packs for about a month. I did not see any benefit beyond what I would have with an ordinary multivitamin.

Pros

Convenient packs of supplements - they were great for when I was traveling overseas - threw a handful into my suitcase and off I went.

Cons

They were pricey. No real benefit beyond ordinary multivitamins.

Unless I can find a generic brand to try I won't be able to tell if they make a difference.

My friend takes this kind of vitamin supplement for her diabetes. She says she can really tell a difference when she does not take them.

Pros

Can be found in most local drug stores.

Cons

This was the first "Diabetic" support supplement that I took. It saves me from filling my cabinet with all the individual pills. I find, like Barry, that I have more energy to do the things I want to do…like be on this site! LOL

Pros

Individually packed so you can take the packet with you anywhere.
Eliminates the need for individual supplements, the multi vitamin in it is great.

Cons

I can't really think of any.

I've been using this vitamin formula for almost a month, and I have noticed that I have more energy at work and at home. This formula also seems to aid me in controlling my BG levels. Each box contains a one month supply in individually wrapped packages.

Pros

The vitamins are very easy to swallow, and best serve you when taken with breakfast.

Cons

Can be expensive based in where you purchase it.
