April 22, 2009 6:47 PM I take the same amount of this!, not only does it help my blood sugar, it also helps my PCOS. If I forget to take it then my blood sugar goes higher, and I become constipated. My Hormons get out of whack as well without it. It has also helped me lose weight Pros:It helps with botth my Diabetes and my PCOS. Helps me lose weight Cons:some people have side affects that cause them to not be able to take this, and it does work as a laxative during the first two to three weeks of taking. |

April 6, 2009 5:06 PM it has been great for me. my fbs is always below 100 now and my last a1c was 6.7. i have been on it for 2yrs and it has helped me lose some weight also. Pros:$4.00 @ wal-mart vs $200.00 for actos |

April 5, 2009 2:28 PM I've been taking this from the beginning.It has worked great. A1c is 5.9 now. I take 2 pills with breakfast and 1 pill with evening meal. My #'s are good between 80 and 130. Pros:Works great. Haven't had any of the side affects that have been discribed. Cons:none |
