It is well known most people in the western world espcially are mag deficient anyway so I take a magnesium supplement daily just not this one in particular but Mag citrate is the most usuable by the body than any other form I do know that from reading in medical journals. The Dr whom owns this company is a well respected Dr world wide as well. Pros It is a magnesium citrate product making very digestable and easier for the body to use than other forms of magnesium Cons A little expensive all around as you can buy mag citrate from Swans as laxative and just take very small amount and get same results for much cheaper but taste is a factor as well.
