It is generally injected in the buttocks just before bed. Pros: Taking it once a day is a plus Cons: Most of the time my sugar level is extremely low in thw mornings. To remedy this, I try to eat a little something before gong to bed.	Works/Has Worked

If you are more on the 20 hour side of it, it requires a split shot. Add to that the fact that you can't/shouldn't mix it with other insulin types and you're looking at a whole lot of shots. Also, if you misdose, you could be in for a rough ride.	Works/Has Worked
