He was able to show me how he used this product and it was always accurate with what I got on results when I checked him with my glucometer. The voice activation gives you the exact date and time of your sticks, as well as averages for 7 days and 30 days. Pros easy to use voice activation does 7 and 30 day averages Cons battery-operated needs replacement occasionally
