I take 500 magnesium daily, nite leg cramps. Walgreens has LEG CRAMPS by Hylands, works 2 nite. WAIT: If you have a Heart Pacemaker, for me, it caused dizziness, heart racing, so now have to take only when we have walked around at a Fair for ex. It does contain Quinine, so don't know what else is in it that would cause heart racing, by taking it at night. Thought I would share with you. God Bless, Helene

lack of potassium can also cause them. Better have doctor order a blood test, don't just guess, find out and then you will know for sure what you need and how much. Good luck and conrats on your badges!!

Magnesium oil is working for me!!! I started using it on my legs and feet about 3 weeks ago, I had some numbness in my feet and leg cramps~ since I started using it they feel much better, no cramping and I have more feeling in my feet. I plan to keep using it. Hope this idea helps others. Have a good day all!

I heard something about magnesium before, but had forgotten. Something about taking it at night better than during the day. Has anyone heard about that?
